sugar, sunflower seeds oil, hazelnuts, fat reduced cocoa, coffee, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier sunflower lecithin, flavourings.

3 kg Tartu-flan + 2,5 litres whole milk. Emulsify and put into ice-cream machine.
