Ingredients
coverage for pastry products [sugar, vegetable fat (palm kernel and coconut), skimmed milk powder, emulsifier soya lecithin, flavourings], water, glucose syrup, sugar, hazelnuts (6%), thickener carrageenan, acidifier citric acid, preservative potassium sorbate, cocoa, flavouring.
Use mode
At will, heat the product to about 34 - 36°C mixing as little as possible to avoid air absorbment, then glaze spreading over cakes and semifreddo. Mix before use.
