Fugar was able to reproduce the unique taste of those spicy delicious and crunchy biscuits with a new product: Sweet Crust.
Available in paste and variegato it is enriched by speculoos biscuit powder to create an ice cream with and intense, creamy and spicy taste.
crushed biscuits [wheat flour, sugar, sunflower seeds oil, eggs, icing (sugar, powdered egg whiter, com starch), skimmed milk powder, raising agents: ammonium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate, monopotassium tartrate; salt, glucose syrup, flavourings, antiosidant rosemary extract], coconut oil, sugar, sunflower seeds oil, maltodextrins, vegetable fiber (alpha-cyclodextrin), flavourings, emulsifier soya lecithin.
80-100 g paste per 1 litre of white or yellow base. Mix before use.
